Hosted Buyer Program

  • Meet with the subscription industry’s largest and most trustworthy suppliers and vendors. The SubSummit AI pairing software eliminates all the guesswork and guarantees you impactful meetings with vendors that have the exact resources and services you are looking for.
  • Share your most pressing needs in your application.
  • The SubSummit AI will determine the vendors that have the tools and resources that best fit your needs.
  • Meetings are scheduled during the morning and afternoon of Thursday, June 1 (Day 2).
  • 1-on-1 meetings go for 10 minutes in a designated area within the conference to accommodate your private conversations. 
  • Connect with up to 8 vendors to identify which ones have the solution(s) that best fits your company's needs and culture.

Free Ticket & Travel Reimbursement: SubSummit’s Hosted Buyer Program will provide merchants one free in-person ticket and between $250-$750 USD in reimbursements* for flight and the hosting hotel for one individual who participates in the program. Reimbursements will be distributed based on merchants’ applications. 

Merchant tickets that have already been purchased prior to acceptance into the Hosted Buyer Program are eligible for a refund. If the ticket was purchased via bundle, conditions may apply. Not eligible for Suppliers. 

Merchants must register for the event. If merchants are late or are a no-show to any scheduled appointments, the full cost of event registration will be charged ($1,950).

Reimbursement Process: Reimbursements will be sent within 30 days following the conference upon completion of the program requirements.

Reimbursements will not be fulfilled with the use of points or miles. Reimbursements will be up to $750 USD for travel and hotel stay after approval of submitted receipts.

Cancellation Process: Approved SubSummit Hosted Buyer Program participants who cannot attend the event must provide a list of up to three individuals within their organizations who can represent the company during the duration of the program. SubSummit must approve the cancellation and substitution via email. Participants who are unable to attend and do not provide a list of substitutes will not be allowed to participate in the SubSummit Hosted Buyer Program for the foreseeable future.

Applications will close for all participants on May 3, 2023 to begin the pairing process and program schedules will be available by May 26, 2023.

Participant Profiles: SubSummit may share information participants provided during the application process with Hosted Buyer Program sponsors.
