Whether you need help with marketing, fulfillment, payment processing, etc., our Hosted Merchant Meetings Program helps you connect with the right person to achieve your 2025 goals. Our technology helps you request or accept 1:1 meetings with solutions providers that best fits your needs. You won’t meet with someone you haven’t pre-approved, so every meeting can be a great opportunity to grow your business! The are only ~~600~~ 400 seats available in the program. Don’t miss out!

Hosted Meetings FAQ

How much time does participating in the Hosted Merchant Meetings Program require?

Participants can expect to participate in no more than 6-8, fifteen-minute meetings with pre-selected solution providers. If you are not selected to participate in meetings, then you’ll still get the benefits of attending SubSummit 2025 for free!

Do the Hosted Meetings interfere with other SubSummit sessions?

We’ve ensured that the Hosted Merchant Meetings don’t overlap with any of the sessions, events or workshops that are offered to SubSummit attendees.

Do I have to attend SubSummit via the Hosted Merchant Program?

You do not! You can also purchase a merchant ticket at any time from our Tickets Page.
