Connect. Empower. Grow. Together.

The Women in DTC Meetup brings together the women who are shaping what’s next in recurring revenue. It’s a rare moment in the industry where ambitious, mission-driven women get to step into one room and immediately feel understood.

You’ll find yourself surrounded by women who are navigating the same pressures — leading at work while showing up for managers, partners, teams, and kids — yet continue moving the industry forward day after day.

The Experience

This isn’t your typical networking event. You’ll step into a curated, high-energy experience designed to accelerate both your career and your confidence. The format makes it easy to connect, easy to speak up, and empowering to meet new friends.

Fireside chats with executives

Hear unfiltered stories and tactical insights from the women shaping today’s biggest customer loyalty, retention, and membership strategies. Expect bold takes on what’s working, honest reflections on what’s not, and the type of candor you rarely get on a public stage. You’ll walk away with practical insights on what to do next –– both personally and professionally.

Interactive attendee moments

These aren’t awkward “so what do you do?” conversations. You’ll meet the right people quickly, mentors, collaborators, future partners, and friends who understand your world and want to help you win. Most attendees walk in not knowing a soul and walk out with a phone full of contacts, plans to stay in touch, and people they look forward to seeing again next year.

Moments of surprise and delight

Because real success is built on momentum, joy, and connection — not burnout. Expect small touches that make you smile, spark confidence, and remind you why being a woman in this industry is powerful, important, and worth celebrating.
