Biography: Joseph Stilphen, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Reel and HoldOn, two mission-driven consumer brands redefining sustainability and innovation in everyday essentials. Joseph began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he built a strong foundation in global finance, supply chain operations, and strategic business management. He later expanded his leadership experience with finance roles at SBM Life Science and in corporate treasury, before joining Reel to help scale purpose-driven brands. Joseph holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. His leadership in financial strategy and operational excellence earned him a nomination for the 2024 CFO of the Year Award from the Los Angeles Business Journal, recognizing his contributions to financial resilience and eco-friendly innovation in the consumer goods industry.
