Vanessa Lopez is the VP, Customer Experience at Recharge, the leading subscription platform, simplifying retention and growth for innovative ecommerce brands. Vanessa leads Recharge’s Implementations, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams. She began her journey at Recharge as the Chief of Staff to Oisin O'Connor, co-founder and CEO of Recharge, working on high impact initiatives throughout the company and serving as the interim leader to several departments during times of leadership transitions.
Prior to Recharge, she served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Nia Impact Capital, a women-led investing firm. Vanessa brings to Recharge more than a decade of leadership experience, previously serving as President & COO at Global Brigades, a development organization that mobilizes student volunteers to fund and execute health and economic development programs in low and middle income countries. It was during her time at Global Brigades where she first collaborated with Oisin O’Connor, co-founding a donor management and fundraising platform Empowered.org, together.
Vanessa began her career in accounting and litigation consulting, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Washington. She lives in Santa Monica, CA with her husband and their two daughters.
