Currently, a Head of Omnichannel Programs for Albertsons Companies, Natalia leads a range of initiatives that are transforming both the in-store and online shopping journey. She is a passionate advocate for data driven business practices and champion technology as a means to achieve more successful outcomes and more happy customers. Prior to joining Albertsons, Natalia spent nearly two decades in progressive leadership roles with major US retailers and international telecom companies. Natalia holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School.
