Joe is the Chief Revenue Officer at Hiya Health and runs the analytics, implementation, and strategy for maximizing net LTV and retention. Prior to Hiya, Joe helped grow and scale PrettyLitter over 25x by leading the Business Intelligence and Operations teams for 5 years. Including the expansion from DTC to Retail and through a strategic exit to the top Pet brand in the world. Prior to PrettyLitter, Joe was one of the early employees at The Honest Company where he started, scaled and managed the Sales Operations team and then the Sales Finance team. Joe is focused on decision making that drives growth in EBITDA through a scalable and impactful way. In addition, his mindset stems from knowing and understanding how every decision impacts each department to ensure they're seeing the pro's and con's of any change.
