Speaker Agreement

Please read the following instructions attentively before submitting your application to speak at SubSummit.

To be considered, all applicants must review the below terms & conditions regarding speaking opportunities with SubSummit. Once you review, please click ‘I agree, continue’ to access our Speaker Application. 

Speaker will support SubSummit 2026 promotions by participating in the following:

  • Being open for media interviews to promote or recap the SubSummit experience and/or Live broadcasts with the SubSummit team.
  • Post a minimum of two (2) times on social media to promote session at this year’s conference. All social posts should be promoted on LinkedIn unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Leveraging social sharing kits provided by the SubSummit team or posting original content.
    • One (1) post to announce speaking engagement.
    • One (1) post to countdown to the conference (about three weeks before the event).
    • One (1) post the week before SubSummit reminding followers that speaker will be in attendance.
  • Leverage existing relationships with merchants to encourage attendees via email outreach.
  • Creation of a short promotional video (30- to 60-second length) to be included on SubSummit’s social media platforms, ad campaigns, and email marketing.
  • SubSummit prefers that all presentations used for SubSummit be formatted in Microsoft PowerPoint and submitted to the Speaker Committee within 10 days before the event.
