As the President, he oversees all facets of the business from Sales, to HR, to IT, to Payroll, to Workers’ Compensation. With his experience and background, he helps drive growth through relationships. Prior he was the Vice President of Finance for Huffmaster Companies, overseeing the departments of finance, accounting and payroll. In his role, Trevor assists department leaders with annual budgeting and planning, as well as provides strategic financial recommendations for the corporation. Trevor manages project financials and negotiates corporate contracts, and oversees vendor management, annual auditing, and the company’s insurance providers. Trevor also developed and implemented the organization’s current accounting, accounts payable and HR systems. A technology guru, Trevor manages the vetting process of all corporate tech resources and has implemented 9 pieces of IT software globally and locally in his career. Prior to joining Huffmaster Companies, Trevor served as the Director of Finance and Administration for the North American startup of a global plastics company headquartered in Japan. In this role, Trevor started up operations in the United States, South America, and Mexico, eventually managing six departments for the organization’s North American operations: HR, IT, purchasing, administration, logistics and legal. Trevor cultivated his entrepreneurial spirit early in his career, founding his own mobile brake shop at 18 while working as a Night Auditor for Hilton Worldwide. Trevor soon moved on to hold leadership roles of increasing responsibility for HP and moving up through the finance organization to oversee finances for large government contracts.
