Kirk has worked for BARK and manages the affiliate marketing efforts across BarkBox and BARK subsidiaries (BarkShop & Super Chewer). He joined BarkBox in July 2016 to grow and manage the affiliate program growing the program 8x it’s original size by the end of 2017. Kirk has worked in affiliate marketing for 7 years across several verticals including home decor, travel, and student loans. Working in the dog subscription service is definitely the most fun of those verticals. It’s impossible to have a bad day when there are several dogs in the office you can play with.
Kirk has an 11-year-old coonhound that he adopted on a whim in college who still has the energy of a puppy. Her name and Layla and was named after the Eric Clapton song that played on the way home from her shelter. Kirk is also bringing home a Maltipoo puppy in the early summer named Winston.
In 2018 Kirk is most excited to grow the affiliate marketing channel of BarkBox through new and unconventional methods.
