As executive vice president and chief operating officer of FedEx Office and Print Services, Inc., an operating company of FedEx Corp., Kim Dixon leads a domestic network encompassing 2,000 retail stores, 600 same-day couriers and 18 commercial print production facilities serving nearly 200,000 customers a day.
She’s spent her 25-year career creating personalized retail experiences building customer loyalty. At FedEx Office, Kim directs retail strategy, merchandising, operations planning, transportation operations, real estate, field operations and product management.
Kim’s leadership is evident from a consumer, small business and large enterprise perspective, as FedEx Office drives innovation; helping start-ups grow into thriving businesses. With expert print capabilities and customized packing and shipping, FedEx Office also enables large companies to move quickly and manage their image consistently across geographically dispersed locations.
Under Kim’s leadership, FedEx Office has seen growth of FedEx OnCampus, opening locations across the country, each tailored to the printing, packing and shipping needs of hotels; convention centers; universities and corporate campuses. The eCommerce boost creates a growing demand for parcel handling services and FedEx Office is well-positioned to provide this convenience value to customers.
Before joining FedEx in 2010, Kim spent 14 years at Sprint Nextel, where she rose through the ranks in retail operations, sales and marketing. As a senior vice president of consumer sales and distribution, Kim was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s consumer channel strategy and operations.
Kim currently serves on the board of directors for James Avery Jewelry and Telephone and Data Services, Inc. (TDS). She also served on several non-profit boards in her community. Additionally, Texas Diversity Magazine named Kim to their 2018 Dallas Power 50 Award. In 2013, the Dallas Business Journal recognized Kim as one of the top women in business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she lives with her husband and two children.
