John is a senior analyst at Hitwise, a division of Connexity, a company providing marketers with in-depth insights into consumers’ online behaviors sourced from the nation’s largest panel of more than eight million consumers, including three million mobile devices.
John oversees the custom research team in the United States and is responsible for converting complex data into clear, concise and actionable insights. Spotting emerging consumer trends and developing rich audience profiles of influential consumer segments are two of John’s areas of expertise. He has authored numerous reports and spoken about the subscription box industry, the sharing economy, cord-cutters, the Internet of Things and more.
Prior to joining Hitwise, John served as Manager of Applied Media Research at Experian Marketing Services, as Project manager at Simmons Research and as Research Editor for American Demographics magazine.
