JoAnne is the founder of Alliant, one of the industry’s leading providers of data-driven audiences. JoAnne is the architect of Alliant’s vision to deliver innovative consumer targeting solutions powered by the aggregated purchase transactions of multiple direct-to-consumer marketers. Today Alliant innovates by aggregating online and offline consumer behaviors and applying machine learning to generate optimized audiences and consumer insights for U.S. multichannel marketers.
A lifetime marketer, JoAnne began her career in subscription marketing at Time Life, later holding strategic positions at The Norman Rockwell Museum, and Mal Dunn Associates. She is a committed advocate for development of comprehensive data governance and security standards, and has a long history of industry service. JoAnne is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Direct Marketing Association (2013-2015), and is a former chair of DMA’s Ethics Policy. She is a past president to the Direct Marketing Club of New York, and a recipient of the DMCNY Silver Apple. JoAnne holds a B.A. in communications from West Virginia’s West Liberty University and was recently admitted to the WLU Alumni Wall of Honor.
