Doug manages all aspects of Wiland’s data science, product fulfillment, data management, and digital marketing operations. His expertise includes developing multichannel solutions using data and predictive analytics to connect advertisers with highly responsive audiences for acquisition, retention, and customer marketing efforts.
Doug’s leadership has guided Wiland from start-up to a market leader in the data and marketing intelligence sector. He has 25 years of experience in consumer marketing, with stints in both corporate and service provider roles, including: Sears; as Director of Analytical Services at Experian; and as Director of Database Marketing at America Online. He holds a Masters in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan.
