When is the next SubSummit? Where will it be held?

SubSummit 2020 will take place on May 27 – May 29, 2020 in Dallas, Texas.

What is the difference between SUBTA and the SubSummit?

The Subscription Trade Association (SUBTA) is a trade association that provides networking opportunities, educational resources, a high level of ethics and performance standards for subscription commerce companies and partners in the industry.

The SubSummit is one of the conferences powered by SUBTA.

Who can attend the SubSummit?

Anyone who works within (or plans to enter) the subscription space!

The SubSummit is relevant to all areas and stages of subscription-related businesses.

Open to all business sizes: Entry, Mid to Large, Enterprise
Open to all business types: Subscription Box, Digital Subscription, SaaS, E-Commerce, Brick-and-Mortar Retailer, Vendor/Suppliers, Thought Leaders and More

I don’t work for a subscription box or subscription commerce company. How can I participate?

How can I apply to be a speaker?

Those who would like be considered for a speaking role at the SubSummit may Apply to be a Speaker here. The SUBTA team will review all applications and notify the speakers who are chosen. Please note that applicants with work experience in the subscription industry will be considered first.

How much are tickets?

SubSummit 2020 tickets will be available soon. For an idea of the cost per ticket, please see the following prices from SubSummit 2019.

  • Merchants that are SUBTA Subscription Members: The at-the-door ticket price is $1,200/person.
  • Merchants that are not currently SUBTA Subscription Members: The at-the-door ticket price is $1,600/person.
  • Vendors/Suppliers: The at-the-door ticket price is $1,600.

CUBE AWARDS

Who may attend the SUBTA CUBE Awards ceremony during the SubSummit?

All registered conference attendees are invited to attend the CUBE Awards ceremony. SubSummit ticket required. Dinner provided.

What is the entry deadline?

Who Are the judges?

Judges include highly respected industry leaders, analysts, and consultants. The jury process is “blind.” In other words, the identities of the entrant are not revealed to the jury.

What do the winners receive?

Each winner will receive an engraved, crystal award during the CUBE Awards at the Subscription Summit.

Can I submit multiple entries for the same category

There is no restriction on how many times a company can be nominated, however, repeated submissions do not affect the chances of winning. CUBE Award winners are selected by a panel of judges, not by popular vote.

Can I nominate a company for multiple categories?

Yes, that company will be considered for each category it is nominated for.

What does the judging criteria entail?

The judges look for excellence in:

  • 2) Execution
  • 3) Customer Love
