The SubSummit Cube Awards

The Cube Awards is the largest ceremony in the industry that acknowledges the most successful and influential brands in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription space

Nominations are currently closed. Voting for People’s Choice Award and Best Subscription Management Platform begins April 17 and will end April 24.

We select a diverse panel of judges each year to help judge our Cube Award nominees. This judging panel is made up of thought leaders, vendors, and merchants across the space who have found long-term success in this rapidly growing industry, and can lend their unbiased feedback to the SubSummit team. Nominees are measured on their success in each of the following categories:

• Innovation & Creativity: The companies that have done the best over the long haul are those that are the most creative and innovative. These organizations don’t copy what others do; instead, they may use innovative ideas from others as a springboard to come up with a unique application, product, or service for themselves.
• Executional Excellence:  Each customer touchpoint must be superior and memorable in a positive way. 
• Customer Delight: Brands honor the tremendous value of their customers by exceeding customer expectations. Customer service sets great businesses apart from the rest.

Beyond these categories, each judge will also receive metrics regarding each nominee’s social media presence, and other publicly available information such as customer reviews, financial success, and social impact. We also encourage our judges to research the nominees themselves to further understand each band’s business impact.

While every company nominated is eligible to become a final Cube Awards Nominee, only the companies that have employees registered to attend SubSummit can be considered to win the award.

The Cube Awards will take place live in Dallas during SubSummit 2024. The ceremony is scheduled for the evening of June 18 following a reception and a seated dinner. The Cube Awards ceremony, reception and dinner are available to all event attendees at no extra cost.

Only one nomination is required for a brand to be considered and multiple votes do not increase your winning odds. The two Cube Award categories open for public vote are the People’s Choice award & Best Subscription Management Platform award
